Pastor Dean and Jenell Sanner
Dean and Jenell sensed the call of God to plant Discovery Church in 2004 with a desire to reach the lost in North Las Vegas. Dean is a graduate of Bethany University (B.S. ministerial studies) and Santa Clara University (M.S. Counseling/Psychology) and is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. He is also a state licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He teaches at the University of Phoenix (MFT graduate program Las Vegas campuses) and volunteers as a Chaplain for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. His wife Jenell is an Analyst with the police department and they have 2 adult daughters. Dean loves to golf and fish and Jenell loves to scrapbook.

Associate Pastor Cynthia Dick
Cynthia joined Discovery Church in 2010 to help develop the Children's ministries, Women's ministries, and Youth. She is a graduate of Bethany University and is a Licensed Minister with the Assemblies of God. She has extensive experience with children and has directed Royal Family Kids Camps for seven years. She currently teaches middle school for a local Christian school. She is married to Norman and they have an adult son, Quentin.

Volunteer Coordinator Sharyn Simonton
Sharyn came to Discovery Church in 2007 and has the heart of a servant. She works to place all our volunteers in places of ministry in order to fill the biblical mandate for the church to be a "priesthood of believers." She is married to Dana and they have two teenage daughters, Samantha and Amanda.

Worship Leader Katie Price
Katie came to Discovery Church in 2010 with her husband Jack who is in the Air Force. Kate was in the worship team at her home church in Albuquerque, New Mexico and volunteered to take the lead role at Discovery. She has recruited a great worship team and seeks to integrate others who have a heart of worship. Jack and Katie are the proud parents of their dog Kobalt.
